Every organization on QC operates in a fully isolated tenant. There is no shared data pool — your contacts, conversations, pipeline, and settings belong to your workspace alone.
Each tenant gets its own sub-database. Zero cross-contamination between organizations regardless of scale.
Invite users by email with admin or agent roles. Users can only access the tenant workspaces they're assigned to.
Custom fields, pipeline stages, tags, contact lists, sending numbers, webforms, and org settings are all independent per tenant.
Access is enforced at the Firestore rule level — not just the UI. Users can only read and write records belonging to their assigned tenant.
